I'm looking for a cheap ass civic for my brother. anything that is 88 and newer, can have no motor or with motor, but must be less than 1k with motor, and less than $500 without.

He really needs this car before the 16th so I need your guys help finding one. Post up anything you might have

got an 88 4 door beater civic I'll sell for 500 or a little less. Runs great, body isn't great though.

This beauty sat behind my friends neibors house for 3 years. We threw the jumper cables on it and it started right up first click...after sitting for 3 years...LOL
The body is a bit rough. I threw a head light and a new alternater in it to get it on the road. I thought about a sleeper with it cause it drives great, but the ripples in the pass side made me decide not too. The front fender and hood is bad also but those are easy to replace. But for a $500 beater car who cares right? It is LX so power everything (it all works also) and motor has 166k on it, runs good, tranny is smooth. You can see it in the picts so if you want it hit me up. Seemed like everyone in town wanted it last weekend before they seen it, somehow they thought they were going to get a good looking and running honda for $500, but when you really look you cannot find clean body shells for less than 1k. I just picked it up to drive till I got my ef going which might be this weekend. So let me know ya'll.

oops forgot the fine print....title is of course rebuilt, and besides the light and alt I have touched nothing on the car, so a t-belt and most likely brakes and rotors will be needed asap. It would prolly run even better with a tune up and all that too since it been sitting for so long, but hey it runs great now...

i might have a oem civic shifter, if i do its at my school and i can check tommorow for ya, if i have one its yours, just come pick it up. i'll IM you tommorow. if i have one

also, anyone have a driver side mirror for a eg? dont care what color, or if its manual or auto, i need one, let me know what you got.

also anyone with a eg hatch, i have 2 lifters for the back glass, if anyone here wants them you can have them, if not i will just bring them to the meet and give them to anyone who wants them, if no one does they are goin in the garbage. im not sure if they work but for free might as well try haha.

I really need a obd1 b16 intake manifold. I believe i have a obd0 and it wont go with my car. I am willing to trade + 20 bucks on my end or like 45 just for the manifold. Let me know what you guys have.

Also I have a 3" downpipe. It is to be used w/o AC Make an offer over 100.

Also have hondata s200B with LS ecu for sale. Will let them both go for say 400 obo

b16 valves and valve springs minus 1 intake valve. Every single valve was just refinished over at Pro Machine. When I found out I had a bent valve I just went with Supertechs. Sell them all for 80

naw, the old head has a small crack in it, and you can see where someone tried to fix it long ago with some steel epoxy shit or something..

anyways, it's just barely leaking and is right above the exhaust manifold so it burns the oil off. My brother doesn't need one way soon but he wanted me to start looking for a head. What heads will work with his stock block, intake mani, exhaust mani and dizzy? the d15b2 and b7 I thought would work good, and maybe the d16a6?

Dude, if you thought b series were interchangeable, well welcome to D...where anything works with anything.

If you've got to replace the head, why not do a z6 head?!! Seems like a perfect time to do an upgrade and they can be had easy for ~$100

most single cam heads from 88- to the y8 can all be swapped over. The d15 and the a6 are basically the same and alot of the newer non vtec heads are also. As far as manifold go also most fit the same.

I personally hate the mini me setup. It's kinda funny I helped xtensive with his mini-me via the web and he is the one that made it well known with his awesome writeup. I did this back in 98-99 when it was not well known. I think it is a complete waste IMO after I took it off and put my a6 head back on, with a cheap gude cam, it was over a full second faster if not 1.5 faster. Plus your bro wants it for DD and the mini-me and 85 octane do NOT mix.
