Default FS: INFAMOUS VIP TL (NO KIT/NO VS-XX)NEEDLE FIEND CHEAP!!!

Since no interest was developed with my car, ive decided to part it out. I have removed the aero kit, the work wheels, the jdm visors, and a few extra parts i was going to include with it.

The car is the same as before mechanically, suspension/brake wise..

This car WILL ABSOLOUTELY NOT DROP PRICE ANY MORE THAN THIS. I will call it a loss, smash all the windows out of it, take it to my farm, get drunk, and build doubles with the bobcat to jump it off until its totaled, then push it into the pond and let fish live inside it.

Suspension and brakes
* Koni Yellow SPSS2 race shocks for 96 accord. These have been sent and modified from stock, they are shortened for the TL since there is no such thing as a shock even made for a 96-98 3.2 TL from Koni.

* Ground control custom coilover kit. These coilovers are custom setup for the koni struts and were entirely ordered one off custom for this car. I ordered 7 inch threaded collars instead of the off the shelf ground control kits 4 inch ones. With these you can raise and lower it more than usual. I chose 450 front springs and 400lb rears to keep a semi stiff yet VERY smooth ride. The bumpstops have been replaced by eibach ers bumpstops which are trimmed to exact specifications according to koni and ground control engineers. The suspension still uses factory top hats.

* SPC extreme rear upper control arms. These allow up to 4 degrees of inward or outward rear camber adjustment by extending or shortening the rear upper control arm.

* Megan racing rear lower control arm. These allow up to +- 3 degrees of camber adjustment in the rear also by extending or reducing the length of the rear lower control arm.(these are brand new and uninstalled and will come with the car, once these are installed you will be able to move the entire rear wheel around 5 inches inward or outward to allow for TOTAL rear wheel adjustment, and fitment of wheels all the way down to a -18mm offset 20 inch rear wheel

* Megan racing rear toe arms. These allow +-5 degrees of total toe adjustment when lowering or raising the car.

* Custom rear hubs using hubs from other Honda models to allow the removal of 32mm on each rear side to allow fitment of much more aggressive offset wheels.

* Suspension Techniques ¾ rear swaybar. This was adapted onto this car from a 96 accord. There is no rear swaybar made for 96-98 3.2 TL so I fabricated brackets to allow this to work. Its hassle free, however a small portion of it had to be covered with a heater hose that’s got 2 hose clamps around it. Otherwise when 4 passengers are inside, and you drive over bumps the exhaust can tink onto the swaybar.

* Rear lower tie bar. This was also used off a 96 accord and fabricated slightly to work. This fits with no complications.

Engine and trans.

I have removed my built engine from this to replace it with a stock engine. The engine in the car has estimated 80k miles with 0 issues, runs clean and smooth with 0 engine lights and still gets 25mpg depending on highway or city. Routinely change oil with mobil 1 10w30 fully synthetic and oem honda filters.

Transmission is estimated to have around 55k miles. Replaced with torque converter and has 0 issues or problems. Shifts smooth as butter.

Interior parts

  • momo wood steering wheel, monte carlo with hub and cruise control rewired to shift gate momentary buttons.
  • s2000 titanium shift knob and 04 rl chrome shift gate
  • 01 integra gsr cd player and factory stereo
  • 50% front driver windows, 50% entire windshield, 5% rear sides and rear windshield tint professionally installed
OPTITRON CLUSTER REMOVED, RSX SEATS REMOVED

some exterior shit....
  • Access Japan JDM saber rear deck lip spoiler
  • Black Housing painted usdm headlights
  • Smoked front markers, smoked usdm tail lights
  • Smoked ua3 jdm side markers
(FULL AERO KIT REMOVED, WORK WHEELS REMOVED, WINDOW VISORS REMOVED, AFTERMARKET GRILL REMOVED)

Heres the parts total. IMO youre getting the car at a needle fiend price....
2700.00 in suspension receipts+
1200.00 dollars in brakes+
500.00 in rx7 wheels/tires+
150 dollars worth of stock tl wheels and tires+
250.00 steering wheel/hub/shift knob
==============================
4800.00 worth of parts that are barely used+free car

AM NOT INTERESTED IN TRADES BY ANY MEANS. NO JOYRIDES. I can meet you, rev it up, show you the oil, show you under the car with a mirror, walk around it 4 times, sniff the seats, or whatever you need to do to ensure you its as listed condition.

4700.00 + free double cheeseburger/coke/fries

WAS THIS CAR....

Thanks, those plates are actually from my rx7...Still working on some fab on it. Should hopefully be done for spring back halved/tubbed out making over 1200whp.

ANYHOO back on topic, sorry.. This TL is a great deal for an AWESOME daily driver.. Anyone could get this and put some SERIOUS fitment sport max junker wheels on there with at least a 5 inch lip id bet. You can run down to like a -20mm offset with all of the adjustment in the rear suspension.

to the top. someone get this!

sell the rx7 wheels when you get it for 375-400, and get some sport max 18x9 +10mm wheels for it and you have another mondo flush car for dirt ball cheap

Edit....

just bought 25mm H&R spacers for the rear.

Sell these spacers and the rx7 wheels and you could buy some shit like this for little to no money....

http://www.rotawheels.com/wheels.asp?wheelid=31

17x9.5 +12 rear

17x9 +30 front

selling them for 2500.

I have like 900 each in the wheels. New tires, and 2 extra tires with them.

19x8.5 +24mm and 19x9 +17 is the specs... 240sx, is300, rx7 without over fenders, or COUNTLESS shit with wheel spacer/adapters would fit them.. Hell you could make them fit an accord, prelude, or tl if you wanted. I had like -28mm wheels on my tl at one point, you gotta make the car fit the wheels. camber, spacers, roll fenders, pull fenders, whatever ones gotta do, thats what i did and it worked fine on a car that came with +65mm offset.

craigslist officially digests thick weiners.

Ive gotten like 23 junkass emails a day from that joke of a website.

Someone buy this shit before i take the wheels off it and dump it at the bus stop for little kids to rev to the rev limiter and keep them warm in the snow.

Yea the CL used to be cool but now it's just a place for people to waste your time, steal your email and phone number, tire kickers and timewasters and get like 10 million lowballers wanting to give you $100 for your car. People crack me the fuk up on there, they'll call just to call... fukin loooooserssssssszzzzzzzz!

Good luck with the TL man, working on them wheels.

Bump for a sick ass ride...if you were local and I had the $$$ I'd buy it in a second.

Maybe I should make MY TL "disappear..."
