Some basic info on the header
---these are brand new in the box
---These are not F1spec headers
---Made of 304 Stainless steel
---1 year limited warranty
---Long tube tri-y header
---2.5 collector
---Machined CNC manifold flange
---Flange is .38" which is just about 3/8" thick
---18G on the 304 S/S. Measured at .049" to .050"
- WILL fit majority b-series cars but for ef's and da's you need a traction bar install pics to put them together
As you can see they come delviered to you in 2 pieces
hold the flange with your t feet with the o2 sensor facing away from you
as you can see 2 pipes will be longer than the other
slip those 2 in first
then the bottom ones will not line up
nudge the right one into the slip fit
then nudge the left one in to the slip fit too
then push down on the header the first 2 pipes
then the second set
and there you go a attached header

The spec. is out for the Big Tube B-Series Header.Primary is 44.5 mm
Then stepped into 48 mm
4-2 Tri-Y is 50.8 mm
2-1 Tri-Y is 54 mm
Then the collector is 65mm (which is 2.5") These spec are one step bigger than our regular B-series headers. They're best
for 2.0L+ or high rev engines, however, they do fit all B-series (1.6L - 2.0L+).
