usually.. if the koni adjustment knob is stuck, its because it hasnt been adjustted in a long time. try adjusting it with some vice grips to get it loose again and you can take that aspect out of the "bad list"

i see, that certainly would make sense since the car has had A LOT of down time, there has been periods where it hasn't been driven for 6-8 months, i would still start it periodically and roll it forward or backwords so the tires dont sit in the same spot but i never adjusted the shocks, i'll give it a shot this just really bummed me out cause the shocks have maybe 2000miles on them.
