do highbeams still function if this kit was installed?

for vehicles with the high beams and low beams running off a single bulb, you will need the Hi/Low HID kits. you will retain the use of your high beams. Hi/Low bulb seen here
HID Xenon bulb for the low beam, 55 watt halogen for high beam
