OK, how about this. Is it loud? Can someone hear you coming from 2 blocks away? I'm just looking for an exhaust that actually muffles the sound coming from my engine. Dare I ask how many dba at 15ft at 75% rpm?

Its just tough to find real information on any of these aftermarket products. Does the muffler have a resonator chamber? Is it a baffled interference type muffler?

I'm sorry if I sound stoopid, but I couldn't find any of this information on their website. I figured since everyone on honda-tech knew exactly what they were saying, they might be able to help me.

Dude, its an EXHAUST SETUP!!! Anything other than stock, "I think" will sound loud. Especially with a B series setup. And like I said, this aint your average $10 muffler that you get on ebay. The shit you get on ebay is the shit that sounds like its "farting." This is a COMPTECH setup bro. I promise you, you will be satisfied.

If your looking for something to "MUFFLE THE SOUNDS COMING FROM YOUR ENGINE" you should leave the stock muffler on.

I can see the midpipe resonator, I was asking if the muffler has a resonator chamber. Most "real" mufflers have a prechamber of a specified size and volume that resonates at a specific frequency. It is designed to produce a wave that negates sound at a certain frequency range. Judging from what CW-ITR said, I believe it does have a resonator chamber. Check out howstuffworks.com if you want information on how mufflers work.

And if only you knew what I did for a living... but even if I told you, you wouldn't believe me. Besides arguing with someone on the internet is like winning in the special olympics. Even if you win, you are still retarded.

First of all, I could have been told you that bro and your right, what i circled on the picture is the midpipe resonator. I got all thrown off on what you were asking me cause I really cant belive all the questions you were asking. I would think the picture and it being a COMPTECH setup would answer it all. Like I said before, the brand and price is so high of course it has a resonator chamber located in the exhaust muffler. Third, even if it is was a no name brand muffler, dont it look like it has a resonator chamber in it? I mean why else would it be so round in shape? If it were a "straight through" exhaust like you asked, it would be looking like a straight pipe! Not oval and big like how this one is. Get the picture? It dosent take a rocket scientist to figure out if the muffler in the picture has a resonator chamber. So like you asking
